Helen is the founder of HJA and has been working in the insolvency profession for many years. Helen's expertise is called upon by directors from all manner of businesses; from sole traders to multi million pound manufacturing companies.


Helen enjoys hearing the stories behind her client's businesses and loves learning about all aspects of business.


She is well supported by her clients and  colleagues and the HJA team is the reason for her happiness.  They are the reason HJA is a success and Helen loves having her team around her.

Meet Esther

It feels like Esther has been with us since he beginning as we can't remember life without her in the HJA team.


Esther's title is Client Manager as well as being the Office Manager but she does so much more... as she will often tell you!


Esther has a remarkable way of talking to anyone and those that come into contact with her love the interaction...even when she's getting money out of them!


As if Esther is not busy enough at work her spare time is even busier.  She enjoys spending time with her two girls and grand-daughter, is a regular at the gym, walking and being outdoors and she is fabulous DIY'er.

Meet Charlotte

Charlotte joined HJA Business Solutions as an Insolvency Support Manager in May 2024. She has over 20 years of experience in the insolvency industry dealing with both personal and corporate cases as well as estate accounting.   

 

Charlotte’s experience means she can assist with both credit control and debtor ledger collections with ease . Her calm, friendly and helpful nature helps her to assist our clients in reaching a successful conclusion.   

 

When not working, Charlotte enjoys walking in the new forest with her two dogs, crafting and reading.

Meet Riley

Riley is our cheery chap (don't let this picture fool you... he was going for the mean and moody look and clearly failed!)


Riley joined HJA under an apprenticeship and since November 2023 has been studying AAT alongside bring the banter to the office and supporting the team.


Riley has fitted in really well.  We secretly think he revels being the only guy in the office but looks after us "0ld ladies" well with his fabulous tea and coffee making.

 

When not working Riley will be found in the boxing ring as he is a dedicated boxer..  We are still waiting on an invite to one of his fights though...
